Benefits of visa 188C
- 188C is a 5-year temporary visa with conditions to permanent residence
- If you have made the investment commitments required by the original visa, you will be eligible to apply for a subclass 888 permanent residence visa – Creative Business & Investment Permanent Residence visa.
- No extension is allowed.
- Children can study for free for grades 1-12
- Unlike other investment and business streams, the Big Investor visa has no age restriction.
- Freedom to study, work and do business in Australia
- Short mandatory stay: 40 days a year for 5 years.
Necessary conditions | Visa 188C
- State sponsor/recommended or submit directly to Austrade (Australian Department of Trade)
- There is an invitation to apply to the SkillSelect – Skill Selection system.
- Willing to make a financial investment of AUD 5 million in an investment package required by the Australian government as follows:
- Invest at least AUD 1 million in start-ups, small companies, through Venture Capital and Endowment Funds
- Invest at least AUD 1.5 million in Emerging Companies, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange through an Investment Management Fund
- Invest at least AUD 2.5 million in stocks, corporate bonds, convertible bonds of listed companies, commercial real estate…, through the Investment Management Fund
