The Newfoundland & Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NL PNP) is open to experienced entrepreneurs and investors willing to invest a minimum of $200,000 CAD to establish or acquire an existing business in Newfoundland. & Labrador.
Candidates with business ideas that serve the purpose of regional economic development or focus on high-demand areas such as: Agriculture, Aquaculture, Technology, Natural Resources, will be given preference. profile review.
The NL PNP Investment Program requires foreign investors to conduct a provincial survey before submitting an application.
Conditions to participate in investing in Newfoundland & Labrador
- From 21 to 59 years old
- Degree: High school graduate (valid 5 years before the date of application)
- Work experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing and owning a business in the last 5 years or;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management position in the last 10 years.
- Foreign languages: Minimum of 5 clubs in French or English
- Minimum net worth $600,000 CAD
- Invest a minimum of $200,000 CAD in the establishment or acquisition of an existing business in the province
- Create at least 1 job for a Canadian permanent resident or citizen
