What is Visa 191?
Visa 191 is an Australian permanent resident visa and is the 2nd stage of Visa 491 – Skilled Regional Designation (5 year temporary visa) or 494 visa.
Condition Visa 191
- Minimum 3 years holding valid visa 491 or 494 visa.
- Have resided and worked in the designated area for at least 3 years.
- Achieve a minimum income in any 3 years (current requirement is AUD 53,900/year).
- Fulfill your tax obligations.
- Ensure compliance with the conditions of the temporary resident visa held.
Note: During the 3 years of holding a 491 visa, the applicant is not allowed to apply for any other visa category.
